Andras has a degree in Applied Mathematics and had a 20 year career in corporate IT. His passion turned towards Psychology and he worked at USM's Online Education Department as a Product and Project Manager overseeing and contributing to the development of online classes and offerings. Andras is an avid photographer with a passion for art and music

Dr. Duane Coleman, after 35 years in K-12 public schools retired as the Superintendent of Schools for the Oceanside Unified School District, Oceanside, CA. He brings a Doctorate in Educational Leadership (Ed.D.), Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), Master of Arts in Educational Technology and Bachelor of Education to the Elevate team. In his spare time Dr. Coleman teaches for
several online universities, mentors and coaches area teachers, and site administrators in the San Diego County area.

Mitch graduated from Florida State University College of Law and is a Registered Patent Attorney. He specializes in assisting startups, nonprofit organizations, entrepreneurs, independent inventors, and creators with protecting their intellectual property. Mitch enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, and being at the beach.
